At Hope & Healing Africa (HHA – ruhuka umutima ) / Love and Hope Bugingo (LHB), counseling is not only for people in crisis. It is a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, families, and communities to pause, reflect, and regain balance in a fast-changing world.
